A WebCast is one-way, listen only, ( similar to listening to radio ) you
cant ask questions in real-time.
A Web-Conference is Real-time, with MultiPoint Audio And Video, everyone
can see, hear and speak to each other in real-time, it is the same as
being in a live on-site classroom.
You hear the instructor and other users in real-time, you view the
whiteboard in real-time, and to ask questions, simply press a mic
button.
The Live WorkShops are Instructor-led, optional,
modules
which can be added on to the 1000 hour programs
or
which can be purchased seperately by users who are not registered in the
1000 hour training programs.
In the Live WorkShops you hand-solve exam problems with the instructor
in collaborative problem-solving sessions.
The Live WorkShops run over a 2 month period before the exam and meet
for sixteen, 3-hour sessions, meeting twice per week.

In addition to the main platforms, we deploy FOUR backup web-conferencing platforms for redundancy,
each backup platform is hosted on a different, dedicated server to ensure
