The ENSYS Engineering Training System uses a network which is designed to meet the training needs of engineers for:
professional licensure exam preparation, re-education, continued professional training and professional development.
The training system uses 100 servers and workstations.
The training system currently contains 10,000 hours of audio, video and whiteboard.
The training system data is produced from an in-house developed data-base of 1,000,000 sheets of original, in-house developed engineering materials.

Users interact with data through the central interface: www.ensys.net which integrates 1000 domains

Users work with data online synchronously or asynchronously
work with data offline, or work without computer via print and mp3 player.

Users access three distinct server networks
MCU servers for synchronous data, DNS servers and Streaming Media servers for asynchronous data.

The MCU server network
is used for real-time instruction and live academic support, the integrated whiteboard and audio-files are stored in the Streaming Media servers.

The DNS servers
host online classrooms which integrate whiteboard and audio-files, uploaded from central File servers

The files in the file servers
are developed from live classes, libraries and databases which are centralized in Document servers

The central 1 million document-database
is developed from transparencies, hardcopies and whiteboard pages which were tested in live classes

ENSYS deploys shared, dedicated and collocated DNS, File and Database servers at world class, tier 1 datacenters
DNS Servers which host ENSYS classrooms are mirrored at redundant datacenters to provide for uninterrupted user's training
In the unlikely event of loss of one datacenter, users are transferred seamlessly to backup datacenters
File and Database servers are centralized in datacenter warehouses and are mirrored in the ENSYS in-house datacenter
