| ENSYS multipoint conference EIT TRAINING PROGRAM The
ENSYS EIT Training Program is designed to prepare users for engineering
licensure Offered to four User Categories : Governmental users,
Corporate users, Professional users, Student Users Delivered in two
Training Formats : Live MultiPoint and Live InHouse The ENSYS EIT
Training Program is a Moderated, 1000 hour Problem-Solving Conference IIn
which users work in a guided, interactive, hands-on problem solving
format. The PE Training Program is delivered live, with users
simultaneously in-house in the Orlando conference room and with users
nationwide and worldwide connected online in real-time, in the
Multipoint audio/video/data conference. The ENSYS Training Program has 3
Parts : for a detailed description please see the Training Program
Syllabus PART 1 - The Teaching Part : Course Modules This is the
teaching part of the training program where all the course-modules are
taught, problems are hand-solved by users and solutions are discussed.
Users are trained in hand-solving problems, implementing FX115
calculator routines in problem-solutions, referencing formulas in the NCEES formula book and working with the PPI study-guides. Each course
module ends with a summary of the module material, followed by a module
final. At the end of each module final, problems are discussed and the
material is further summarized, reviewed and reinforced. PART 2 - The
review part : Module Finals This part serves to review, refresh and
consolidate the material from Part 1 to get the user ready for the
practice exams in Part 3. All the material from Part 1 is reviewed and
reinforced by users reworking all the Module Finals from Part 1. At the
end of each module final, problems are discussed and the material is
further summarized, reviewed and reinforced. PART 3 - The practice exam
part : Practice Exams In this part, users work 3 to 5 practice exams, AM
and PM sections. The practice exams give users feedback on any
weaknesses and gaps which users can rectify before the next practice
exam.

Interactive - Monitored Problem solving All topics are first presented
as a step-by-step procedure followed by problems which are solved
simultaneously by users and by the instructor. The problems are
sequenced in graduated difficulty levels. While users hand-solve the
problems, the solution is simultaneously presented live, in real-time on
the computer screen. Users can get instant feedback while solving
problems by discussing solution strategies with the instructor or with
other conference members. Problems are then followed by a detailed
discussion of solution strategies. By hand-solving every problem, users
gain confidence, practice and skill and are provided with feedback,
reinforcement, repetition and discussion opportunities at every phase of
